Shipping policy

1. Processing Time – All orders require 2-3 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.  

2. Shipping – Once processed, orders will be shipped via standard shipping, which takes 5-7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.  

During sales, promotions, and high-demand periods, please allow up to 7 business days for processing before your order ships. This extended processing time ensures accuracy and quality as we work through a higher volume of orders.

Once processing is complete, orders will ship within our standard 5–7 business day shipping window.

Tracking information will be automatically emailed as soon as your order has been shipped.
